Spill from China biggest oil company is responsible for the spill.The spill will affect at least 500,00 Russians depending on the river for water.

Authorities are trying to reduce the damange done,such as installing special filters.The China government promised to punish those responsible for the spill.

Lifes of those 500,000 Russians were greatly affected.Schools were closed and residents have to quene up in cold weather to collect water from lorries,for their daily lifes.

I think it is important for those responsible to be punished,so as to serve as a warning to others.I think oil company should deal with spills as fast as possible
