1.There is no buffer zone between the crops and neighbouring houses.
2.There is no law for farmers to inform the neighbours when they are spraying pesticides.
3.It is nt advisable to walk unprotected in a newly sprayed field.
4.There is no evidence of pesticides is related to cancers.

Conclusion
Pesticides is a mainly used by famers to protects their crops.However,pesticides can be harmful to us.

There is no buffer zone between crops and neighbouring houses,and no law which farmers have to inform the neighbours.Thus,neighbours may walk into a newly sprayed field.However,they is no evidence of pesticides related to cancers.

I think a buffer zone should be set up and law should be passed,to better protect the health of the residents living near a crop field
